The Anglican Archbishop of Cape Town, Thabo Makgoba, has offered to act as a mediator in the ongoing row around unenclosed toilets in Makhaza, Khayelitsha.

Anglican Archbishop of Cape Town Thabo Makgoba left on Tuesday for a week-long "pastoral visit" to Haiti, which was hit by a devastating earthquake in January, his office said.
